Seth Njeri Foundation recognizes that lasting prevention of gender-based violence begins with educating and empowering young people. Our youth and school-based programs are designed to equip children and adolescents with knowledge, values, and life skills that promote safety, respect, and healthy relationships.

School Partnerships & Institutional Engagement

We work closely with schools and learning institutions to deliver structured programs that address gender-based violence, personal safety, and positive social behavior. By partnering with educators and school leadership, we ensure that our programs are aligned with school environments and delivered in safe, supportive settings.

Mentorship & Positive Role Modeling

Through mentorship programs, young people are connected with trained mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and positive role modeling. Mentorship sessions focus on building confidence, leadership skills, and decision-making abilities while reinforcing values of respect, accountability, and self-worth.

Peer Education & Youth Dialogue

Our peer education initiatives empower young people to become advocates for positive change among their peers. Through interactive discussions, group activities, and youth-led forums, participants learn to communicate openly about issues such as consent, boundaries, gender equality, and healthy relationships.

Life Skills, Consent & Self-Esteem Building

Age-appropriate discussions and workshops address critical topics including consent, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. These sessions help young people understand their rights, recognize unhealthy behaviors, and develop the confidence to seek help or speak out against abuse.

Prevention, Awareness & Early Intervention

By equipping young girls and boys with knowledge and awareness, our programs strengthen early prevention and intervention. Participants learn how to recognize warning signs of abuse, access support services, and support peers who may be at risk.

Nurturing Future Leaders for Non-Violence

Our youth programs aim to nurture socially responsible leaders committed to non-violence, equality, and community wellbeing. By instilling strong values and leadership skills, we empower young people to become agents of change who contribute to safer, more respectful communities.
