Empowerment is a cornerstone of Seth Njeri Foundation’s approach to long-term healing, safety, and independence. We recognize that economic stability and practical skills are critical in reducing vulnerability and enabling survivors to rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.

Economic Empowerment & Financial Independence

Our economic empowerment initiatives support survivors by improving access to income-generating opportunities and sustainable livelihoods. Through small-scale enterprise support, financial literacy training, and linkages to economic opportunities, we help survivors strengthen financial stability and reduce dependence on abusive environments.

These initiatives enable participants to make informed financial decisions, meet basic needs, and regain control over their lives, contributing to long-term safety and self-reliance.

Skills Development & Vocational Training

Seth Njeri Foundation offers skills development and vocational training programs designed to enhance employability and practical competence. Participants receive training in relevant, market-driven skills that increase their chances of securing employment or starting income-generating activities. The programs focus on building both technical skills and life skills, ensuring participants are equipped to succeed in diverse work environments.

Mentorship & Capacity Building

Through structured mentorship and capacity-building initiatives, participants are guided by experienced mentors who provide encouragement, career guidance, and personal development support. Mentorship plays a vital role in boosting confidence, motivation, and goal-setting among survivors and community members. This support system helps participants identify their strengths, overcome barriers, and build resilience against future abuse.
